The Aquatics Program is offered at the swimming pool located at the Angles Mesa Program Location. Services includes:

• Swimming lessons for a variety of age groups, including pre-schoolers
• Water Aerobics for adults
• Twinges in the Hinges for seniors (a partnership with the Arthritis Foundation of America)
• Rental of Pool Facilities by a number of schools and community groups
• Competitive swimming
• Lap and recreational swim
• Synchronized swim lessons

Additionally, Angeles Mesa is the home of the Electric Eels swim team, which provides competitive swimming for youth. Coached by YWCA Aquatics staff, young athletes practice daily to compete in swim meets held throughout Southern California and proudly bring home trophies that show the fruits of their efforts.
