The YWCA of Greater Los Angeles provides an array of Child Development programs at six sites: North Valley Infant Learning Center (located on the campus of San Fernando High School), North Valley, Angeles Mesa and the Union Pacific Location. School in North Hollywood and Coliseum Street School in Los Angeles. All child development programs are subsidized by the Child Development Division of the California State Department of Education.
To qualify for YWCA Child Development subsidized programs, parents must meet certain income eligibility criteria, including:
- Working parent must meet income eligibility guidelines
- Homeless
- Child is referred from Child Protective Services

Parent is in vocational or school training.
- Parent is incapacitated
