Cagnoaltti oversees SCE's relationships with its major industrial, commercial and government customers as well as its efforts to stimulate business in the 15 counties it serves. Although her career keeps her very busy, Cagnolatti always makes time to give back to her community. She is also very committed to aiding the professional growth and development of young professionals at SCE. In addition to serving on the board of the YWCA/GLA, Cognolatti is very passionate about education and is an active member of the Council of African American Parents, an organization based in San Gabriel Valley that focuses on helping African American students prepare for college and gain access to the country's elite colleges.

Cagnolatti was enthusiastic to join the YWCA/GLA's board after learning about the many YWCA/GLA programs that serve the community and the dedication of its CEO, staff and fellow board members. She appreciates the passion and drive that makes the YWCA/GLA a successful organization.

"Our board members play a major role in the development and growth of the YWCA/GLA," said Faye Washington, CEO of YWCA Greater Los Angeles. "I am proud to say that our board is comprised of strong women who make a difference in our movement."

As board members, their responsibilities include supporting the CEO, ensuring programs meet YWCA/GLA's mission to empower women and eliminate racism, offer input and opinion and actively participate in meetings.
