Geoff Ingles
Director, Real Estate and Facilities
Geoff Ingles serves as the Director of Real Estate and Facilities at YWCA Greater Los Angeles, where he leads strategic initiatives in real estate development, facilities modernization, and property management.
Geoff joined the organization in 2025, bringing extensive experience from his previous role as Director at Guggenheim Capital Partners. There, he managed real estate development and strategy for the firm’s corporate AAA-rated clients on the West Coast, including 7-Eleven, British Petroleum, and Jiffy Lube International.
Earlier in his career, Geoff was the National Real Estate Manager for McDonald’s USA, overseeing restaurant growth in key markets such as Las Vegas, New Mexico, and West Texas. He also held leadership roles in corporate real estate at Bridgestone-Firestone, managing a portfolio of 650 retail, office, and warehouse properties, and at the Galardi Group—parent company of the iconic Southern California fast-food chain Wienerschnitzel—where he led international franchise expansion into Central and South America.
Geoff holds a Master of Business Administration and has completed the Advanced Negotiation Program at Harvard Business School. He is a Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) through the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and maintains an active California Real Estate Broker’s License.
