Kwame Dow has been Chief People & Strategy Officer for the YWCA Greater Los Angeles (YWCA GLA) since April 2025. For over 25 years, he has designed and implemented transformative Human Resources strategies that revolutionize organizations and align people, culture, and purpose. Known for building inclusive, high-performing workplaces, Kwame partners closely with executive teams and other stakeholders to drive talent development, DEI, operational excellence, and organizational resilience.

Kwame has introduced measurable and meaningful change in leadership roles across a variety of industries, including LiteGear, American Botanical Pharmacy, DreamWorks Animation NOVA, and Essia Health.
