 With more than two decades of leadership in the nonprofit sector, Erica has built a career rooted in purpose and impact. Throughout her career, she has successfully led multimillion-dollar fundraising efforts, expanded programs, and strengthened organizations during both opportunities and challenges.

 Prior to joining the YWCA, Erica served in executive leadership roles at nationally and internationally recognized organizations, including Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times and Variety – The Children’s Charity International, where she oversaw global operations across 13 countries and managed a $43 million budget. Her leadership has consistently resulted in increased revenue, stronger partnerships, and greater organizational reach.

 At the heart of Erica’s work is a deep belief in the power of community and collective action. She is particularly passionate about elevating the voices and experiences of women and girls, creating pathways for leadership, and building philanthropic movements.
