Erica Mangham is a dynamic nonprofit leader and passionate advocate for women, children, and families, dedicated to advancing equity, opportunity, and justice in communities across Los Angeles and beyond. As Chief Development Officer of the YWCA Greater Los Angeles, she leads transformative fundraising strategies that fuel programs focused on economic empowerment, early childhood education, and support for survivors of domestic violence.
With more than two decades of leadership in the nonprofit sector, Erica has built a career rooted in purpose and impact. She is known for her ability to connect people to mission in meaningful ways, mobilizing communities, inspiring philanthropy, and driving sustainable growth. Throughout her career, she has successfully led multimillion-dollar fundraising efforts, expanded programs, and strengthened organizations during both opportunities and challenges.
Prior to joining the YWCA, Erica served in executive leadership roles at nationally and internationally recognized organizations, including Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times and Variety – The Children’s Charity International, where she oversaw global operations across 13 countries and managed a $43 million budget. Her leadership has consistently resulted in increased revenue, stronger partnerships, and greater organizational reach.
At the heart of Erica’s work is a deep belief in the power of community and collective action. She is particularly passionate about elevating the voices and experiences of women and girls, creating pathways for leadership, and building philanthropic movements. Beyond her professional role, Erica is a dedicated community leader and volunteer, serving in numerous board and leadership positions that reflect her lifelong commitment to service.
