As Chief Program Officer of YWCA Greater Los Angeles, Ngozi provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for a comprehensive portfolio of programs spanning child development, survivor services, youth and senior enrichment, economic advancement, and family engagement. She is responsible for advancing program strategy, operational excellence, quality and compliance, cross-functional alignment, and sustainable growth while ensuring programs remain responsive to the evolving needs of communities across Greater Los Angeles.

Ngozi brings a multidisciplinary leadership perspective shaped by experience across nonprofit management, behavioral health, trauma-informed services, program development, and community-based systems.
