Ngozi Ashibuogwu, LPCC, LPC is a nonprofit executive and strategic leader with more than a decade of experience strengthening mission-driven organizations, advancing program excellence, and expanding pathways to opportunity for individuals, families, and communities.
As Chief Program Officer of YWCA Greater Los Angeles, Ngozi provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for a comprehensive portfolio of programs spanning child development, survivor services, youth and senior enrichment, economic advancement, and family engagement. She is responsible for advancing program strategy, operational excellence, quality and compliance, cross-functional alignment, and sustainable growth while ensuring programs remain responsive to the evolving needs of communities across Greater Los Angeles.
Ngozi brings a multidisciplinary leadership perspective shaped by experience across nonprofit management, behavioral health, trauma-informed services, program development, and community-based systems. Her leadership is centered on building high-performing teams, strengthening organizational infrastructure, cultivating strategic partnerships, and transforming vision into programs that deliver meaningful and measurable community impact.
A Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California, Ngozi brings a human-centered and trauma-informed lens to executive leadership—pairing compassion with strategy, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
